I can't see my progress

Your progress is saved only if you are logged into your Drops account.

In order to get your progress back, please follow the below steps (you might need to repeat this process more than once for the progress to sync):

- Sign out and log back into the same account you have learned the words so far. Make sure you select the correct login method and email address associated. (If you use the Email login method, make sure you choose “Existing user? Log in”).

- Change your learning language to any other one and then go back to your usual learning language.

If you need further assistance, please click on the widget (bottom left corner) or scroll down and click on "Submit a request". We will get back to you ASAP.
