At present, it isn't possible to switch providers or change your email address once selected. We are working on this feature, but it isn't available yet.
In the meantime, the best option is to create a new Drops account using a different email address on the same device. The system will automatically sync your accounts and transfer all your progress and purchases from your old account to your new one.
If the sync doesn't work correctly, please contact us through the Help Section of the app, providing the email addresses associated with both your old and new accounts.
