My progress hasn't been saved

To ensure your progress is saved, please make sure you are logged into your Drops account while learning.

If you cannot see your progress, follow these steps to retrieve it (you might need to repeat this process more than once for the progress to sync):

  1. Sign out and log back into the account you have been using to learn the words. Ensure you select the correct login method and email address associated with your account. If you use the email login method, make sure to choose "Existing user? Log in."
  2. Change your learning language to any other language, then switch back to your usual learning language.

Other reasons your progress may not save include:

  • Playing offline as a free user (without an internet connection).
  • Having multiple Drops accounts (the data may split between accounts or get corrupted).
  • Using more than one device (the data may not sync correctly between devices).

Please note that Drops cannot manually restore lost data, so it is important to log in before each session.
