Drops Free Trial: Terms, Eligibility, and How to Start

You can subscribe to the free trial and enjoy Drops Premium features for 7 days at no cost.

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a yearly Premium subscription once the 7-day trial period concludes.

By cancelling the free trial before it expires, you will avoid automatic charges for the yearly Premium subscription, yet still retain access to Premium features for the remainder of the trial period.

Why was I charged instead of receiving a free trial?

In most cases, you’ll be charged right away instead of getting a free trial if:

  • Apple App Store: Your Apple ID has already used a Drops free trial before, or the Apple offer you confirmed didn’t include a trial. Check Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and your Apple receipts, then, if needed, request a refund via Apple’s page.
  • Google Play: Your Google account already had a Drops trial or subscription, or the Google Play offer didn’t show a free trial on the confirmation screen. Check Play Store > profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history, then, if needed, request a refund here.
  • Other / Web (Paddle): Some web offers don’t include a free trial, or promotions may differ by region. Always review the price screen carefully, if no trial is mentioned before you confirm, the charge will be applied immediately.

If you’re unsure which situation applies, contact Drops Support with a screenshot of the charge and we’ll help you review it based on the store’s policies.
