Your Drops subscription is handled by one of these providers:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Paddle (online purchase)
Follow the section that matches how you paid. At the end, you’ll find a short refunds and “still stuck?” section.
1. Apple App Store (iOS)
1.1 Check if you bought via Apple
You probably purchased via Apple if:
- You confirmed with Face ID / Touch ID / Apple ID password.
- Your receipt came from Apple (no mention of Google or Paddle).
- You manage other app subscriptions under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad.
1.2 Cancel an Apple subscription
- Open Settings.
- Tap [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Tap Drops.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
This stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund what you already paid.
1.3 If Drops doesn’t appear under your Apple ID
Most often this means:
- You’re on a different Apple ID, or
- The subscription was bought via Google Play or Paddle instead.
Quick checks:
- In Settings > [your name], confirm which Apple ID is signed in.
- If you have another Apple ID, sign in and check Subscriptions again.
- Search your email for “APPLE RECEIPT” + “Drops” to see which Apple account was billed.
- How to cancel your Apple subscription
If you still can’t find it, skip to Section 5 . Still stuck? and send us your Apple receipts and email addresses.
2. Google Play Store (Android)
2.1 Check if you bought via Google Play
You probably purchased via Google Play if:
- You paid inside the Google Play Store on an Android device.
- Your receipt came from Google Play and has an order ID starting with GPA.
2.2 Cancel a Google Play subscription
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Tap Drops.
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
This stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges.
2.3 If Drops doesn’t appear under Google Play
Most often this means:
- You’re signed into the wrong Google account, or
- You purchased via Apple or Paddle, not Google Play.
Quick checks:
- In Google Play, switch between all your Google accounts and check Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions for each.
- Search your email for “Google Play” + “Drops” and look for a GPA. order ID.
- How to cancel your Google Play subscription.
If you still can’t find it, see Section 5 and share all Google accounts plus any receipts.
3. Paddle (online purchase)
3.1 Check if you bought via Paddle
You probably purchased via Paddle if:
- You paid on a Drops website offer page in a browser.
- Your confirmation email came from Paddle.com or help@paddle.com.
- Your bank statement shows “PADDLE*DROPS” or similar.
3.2 Cancel a Paddle subscription
- Open your Paddle receipt email.
- Click the “Manage Subscription” or cancellation link.
- Follow the steps on Give a direct link to chat with Paddle’s bot as they can locate the subscription there to cancel your recurring plan.
If you can’t find the email, search all inboxes for “Paddle.com” or “Your Drops order”. If still missing, see Section 5 .
4. Refunds (who to contact)
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.
