Trouble Logging In with Facebook on iOS?
If you use Facebook to log in to Drops on your iPhone or iPad and are seeing this error, it might be due to a necessary update made by Facebook.

What's the issue?
A recent change from Facebook requires you to allow Drops to track your activity on other apps and websites for Facebook login to work on iOS. If you haven't allowed this, you might have trouble logging in with Facebook.

What can I do?
To continue using Drops with the same login method, you will need to enable the ATT (App Tracking Transparency). If you do not want to enable it, the best option is to create a new account using a different login method (like Google, Apple, or email).

How to create a new account:

  1. Open the Drops app.
  2. Tap on "Sign Up."
  3. Choose a login option other than Facebook.
  4. Follow the steps to create your new account.

Please note: Creating a new account on the same device should automatically transfer previous progress and subscription to the new account, but if it doesn’t happen, contact us by giving us the email address associated with your old and new account and we’ll do it manually.
