If you spot something wrong in our learning content (translations, romanisation, pictures, audio, etc.), please report it so we can fix it.
What details help us fix issues faster?
Please include as many of these as you can:
- Screenshot clearly showing the issue
- Language pair (for example, EN → JP, EN → DE)
- The exact phrase, question, or word that is wrong
- What you believe is incorrect and, if possible, what it should be
When reporting via Support or in‑app tools, it also helps to say whether the problem is with words, pictures, or both.
Picture/word mismatches
A picture/word mismatch is when the image clearly does not match the word, sentence, or answers (for example, a picture of a cat for the word “dog”).
What to do
- Take a screenshot showing the text and the mismatched picture.
- Report the item:
- Via the in‑app report/flag option
- Or via Support, with a brief description and screenshot
Our content and engineering teams use these reports to correct or replace the affected items.
