How to Permanently Delete Your Drops Account and Data

You can permanently delete your Drops account and all associated data from within the app. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Important: Deleting your Drops account does not cancel your subscription. Deleting your account or reinstalling the app will not stop future payments if you have an active subscription through Apple, Google, or Paddle.
You must cancel your subscription first.

If you only want to stop payments

If you’re only trying to stop payments, follow the cancellation steps for your subscription provider.

Your Drops subscription is managed by one of these providers:

  • Apple (iOS) – Managed via your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Google Play (Android) – Managed via the Google Play Store > Subscriptions section.
  • Paddle (online purchase) – Managed via the Paddle platform

Once your subscription is cancelled, no new payments will be taken after the current billing period ends.

If you still want your data deleted after cancelling, see the steps below.

Before you delete your account

Before you permanently delete your Drops account, please note:

  • You will lose all your learning progress and activity history.
  • Your email will be removed from the Drops mailing list, and you will no longer receive emails from us.
  • We cannot restore your account or progress after deletion.

How to permanently delete your Drops account and data

If you still want your data deleted, here is how to permanently delete your Drops account:

  1. Log in to your Drops account in the app.
  2. Go to the Profile menu, then tap Settings (top right corner). Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Read the information carefully, then confirm by tapping Delete account.

Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Note: You will need to be on the updated app to be able to do this.
